Management (Pty) Ltd. All the subsidiaries are 100% owned by MSV Holding (Pty) Ltd.

The Group Managing Director is Miss L. Seseane and Mr. M Majola is the Group Director of MSV Holding (Pty) Ltd.
Each subsidiary namely, MSV Human Resources (Pty) Ltd, MSV Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd, is run independently by teams of competent staff and consultants focusing on strategic clients needs.
